### Who it is for
The programme works for teams that already have access to an approved AI tool but are using it unevenly. Some people may be confident. Others may still be using AI for occasional summaries and first drafts. Everyone works from their own starting point.

### What is included
- **Starting measure.** A short assessment in Atheni shows how each person is using AI now.
- **Live working session.** The team works on real tasks together. Everyone leaves with something useful completed differently.
- **Personal set-up.** Each person receives guidance shaped around their role, priorities and approved AI tools.
- **Ninety days of support.** Two group check-ins and access to our team help people through the points where adoption usually stalls.
- **Written review.** At day 90, we measure again and give you a clear account of what changed, what the team built and what should happen next.
